yeah so, i interviewed for the chief position, that i’ve been doing for years, and coming away i feel like i didn’t do as great a job as i wanted.

i know the position isn’t mine just because i’ve been in it for quite some time, but also, why shouldn’t it be?

because politics?

because reasons?

i fucking hate offices that think like that… i dedicated my career to helping, even though i was passed up twice, to progress the program and concentrate of improvement.

but also, i don’t think like i shined trying to express that sentiment…

anyway, i’m moving soon so it’s easy to say IDGAF
